Friday, July 24. 2009THOTFUL NEIGHBORSOur neighbors put their doghouse in the corner so he could see who he's barking at! Isn't that 'thotful'? He barks every time I go outside... and at midnite.... and 2:00 AM... BUT he is kinda "cute" in this picture He has 2 little buddies but they are too small to get on the doghouse So they just BARK when he does!

does your town have a barking ordinance? Mine does. You could call the police and say "I think something's happening at my neighbor's house.. their dog won't stop barking!" and it would just sound like you are a concerned citizen, not a complaining neighbor
 We have a couple of noisy dogs in our neighborhood, too. The sweet man also has peacocks... and people think it's quiet in the country??? |
